Our franchise model is designed for local owner/operators who want to represent Pups Pub in their community with a fun and exciting atmosphere, always made better with “bitches runnin’ wild”. You’ll need some capital and the ability to qualify for financing, a desire to connect with your local community by offering great hospitality, attracting a great team, and developing a strong pack of local members who love coming to Pups Pub. 

As a Pups Pub franchisee, you’ll open your own mother puppin’ location in a protected territory where you’ll be able to not only have the exclusive rights to operate a Pups Pub but benefit from online sales and further development in your area. In fact, when another Pups Pub opens with a 20-mile radius of your location we reduce your royalty by 1% because we know you probably attracted them to the brand! We call it your “influence area” and it’s a great way for us to grow and for you to benefit.

We provide a turn-key program that allows franchisees to focus on finding a great location, getting open quickly and operating a successful Pups Pub in your local community. Pups Pub Obedience School is our online learning management system to train you and your teams and keep them current. You will receive a generous territory where we will not open another Pups Pub so you have plenty of market to drive your business. Our in-depth marketing playbook will help you build your customer base and keep it growing. We have a relationship with Benetrends Financial, who can help you with any financing you might need to open your Pups Pub franchise. And we are committed to your success through ongoing communications, regular onsite visits and sharing detailed information about the performance of all Pups Pub locations through our proprietary Franchise Management System.

We estimate the initial investment to open a single Pups Pub franchise to be between $407,41 to $1,113,494 depending on the size of the location and the condition of the space. The initial franchise fee for our Founding Pawtners is only $35,000 and the continuing royalty is 6% of your sales. We will have a brand fund at some point where we all contribute 1% to start but that will come later once we have a good number of Pups Pub’s open and operating.

For our single-club franchise you’ll need $80,000 in readily available capital and a net worth of $500,000. 

We anticipate it will take between 100 and 250 days to open your Pups Pub after you sign your franchise agreement. We have successfully opened our two locations in less than 200 days from signing each lease and we will help you open as quickly as possible. This will depend on how long it takes to find a qualified location. Our in-house broker has years of experience in commercial real estate, and she will assist you in finding your Pups Pub location at no cost to you. It will also depend on the condition of the space and whether you will need to obtain a building permit versus just remodeling the space.
